Mr. Fecik brings over 13 years of trial experience to Robinson & Associates, and provides a unique perspective to the representation of our clients. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fecik was an associate at a defense firm, where he defended complex premises liability matters involving toxic exposure.
In addition, Mr. Fecik also defended the Maryland Transit Administration in tort litigation. He also represented injured plaintiffs in serious personal injury matters. Mr. Fecik was also House Counsel for the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund (MAIF). While at MAIF, he defended personal injury cases on behalf of policyholders, as well as uninsured matters against the company, and also prosecuted subrogation claims on behalf of MAIF. Mr. Fecik is licensed to practice throughout the State of Maryland, having tried hundreds of cases at the Circuit Court and District Court levels. He is also a member of the bar for the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Mr. Fecik earned his Juris Doctor in 2003 from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was the Executive Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from University of Baltimore’s Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts in 1993.
